There are many ways to help in your own environment. You can view the videos here on current ways that help the earth in many ways. We have also listed many resources for you here that can help you learn more about your own areas.

The top ways to go green according to the EEP are listed here:

• Reducing paper and fossil fuel-based ink consumption through increased use of electronic mediums
• Establishing an environmental or wellness PTA committee that promotes more environmentally conscious choices by families such as carpooling
• Completing a Green School certification application in the PTA’s state (if available)
• Incorporating environmental protection initiatives in PTA projects
• Testing local watersheds for discrepencies in past

Make donations through the EPP and help out this way:

10 dollar membership, proceeds go to purchase new lightbulbs for school

50 dollar membership goes to get recycling bins for schools

100 dollar membership goes to buying nano paint for schools

1000 dollar membership will go to getting solar panels for a school.

Remeber this project is attempting to make the world a better place through helping the environment. We know it won't happen over night but every day counts. If you want to get involved with other people in your community you can make your own chapter of the project.
